Description: Depicts United Future MP Peter Dunne with arms outstretched and wailing that "everything is ruined by an uncaring force..', not "the storm" as suggested by a nearby man, but "...the Electoral Commission". Refers to Electoral Commission deregistering the United Future political party as it did not meet the required minimum number of party members. The Commission refused to allow electronic registrations and told Dunne he would have to re register as a new party.
