E-455-f-066-2 = 'Hutt Valley continued. River Hutt and Roman Catholic Church' showing a scene close to the upper view in central Lower Hutt, with the bush-clad Western Hills behind and a clear view of the Roman Catholic Chapel (later St Peter and St Paul's Church) with its bell-tower and a large tree to the left. Description: The bridge and fort viewed from the north, a windmill to the right and a bare tree in the foreground. The bridge is the second Hutt bridge, built after the first one was destroyed in the 1848 earthquake. The second bridge was destroyed in the 1855 earthquake. Compare a very similar drawing by G. F.
