Description: The bulk of the papers are concerned with Daniell's business activities as an architect in Hamilton and Masterton. They contain correspondence, accounts and specifications relating to his architectural work. Daniell's diaries provide information on his activities during this period. The private papers relate to family and community affairs. They contain personal correspondence and documents together with material dealing with Daniell's involvement in the Methodist Church, no-licence and other community activities.
