A space for a tennis court is shown at the right, as is a long lawn running beside an entrance driveway. The driveway turns left towards the house and ends in a circle around a formal garden. Pencil annotations indicate the amount of soil needed to build up the planting beds and lawns. Quantity: 1 watercolour(s). Physical Description: Pencil and watercolour, 970 x 870 mm (irreg.) Provenance: The tubes in which the plan was packed were sent to Andrew Cochrane of "Boscombe Villa" of Paraparaumu (1939), and R Duncan of Manuka Street, Otaki Beach (1940).
