Description: Finnis describes the Finnis family's second tour of the South Island from leaving Wellington 8 to 22 Apr 1958 with diary entries, brochures, clippings, maps etc. They sailed from Wellington to Lyttelton, drove from Chrsitchurch to Waikuku, to Blenheim via Kaikoura, Blenheim and the Marlborough Sounds, Nelson, Waimea Plains, Kaiteriteri, through the Buller Gorge to Reefton and the West Coast, down to Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers, then back through Lewis Pass and across to Lyttelton and then on to the ferry to Wellington.
