Description: Souvenir prints are in five packets and show scenes in Queenstown, Tauranga (2 packs), Wairakei and Wanganui. Queenstown images are `Real Photographs' by G V Wilkinson (photographer unidentified). Tauranga images are in two packs comprising one pack of `Real Photographs' published by Tanner Bros Ltd (photographer unidentified) and probably dating from the late 1930s, and one pack printed for Mills, Peacock & Co Ltd taken by N Seaward of Dunedin and dating from the 1950s. Wairakei images were taken by an unidentified photographer. The Wanganui images were printed for H K Jones and son, and taken by N S Seaward of Dunedin. They date from the early 1950s and all have descriptions written on the backs. Nine postcards show views of the Franz Josef Glacier, Napier, Auckland, Te Wairoa and Cromwell. Identified photographers are Whites Aviation, N S Seaward and A B Hurst & Son. Seven photographs are of floats in the Canterbury Centenial floral parade, 1950.
