Description: Soldiers within an earthen rampart, with two standing guard, gazing out across a plain towards low hills. Within the shelter of the rampart are several tents, two with soldiers reclining inside them, one with a standing soldier leaning against it, and another seated soldier in front of it, smoking a pipe. Three rifles are stacked upright together in the centre.
