The cartoon shows the back of a man wearing a rugby strip with the text 'Tindall 13' printed on it, he also has a 'Z' for 'Zorro' on his shorts. Context: Mike Tindall, the husband of the Queen's granddaughter Zara Phillips, is a member of the English rugby team in New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup. He was secretly filmed fondling a blond in a bar and the film was put on YouTube. This caused a scandal which resulted in Zara Phillips coming to New Zealand sooner than she had expected to.
