The property was probably that of Captain Edward Daniell or his oldest son Edward Positive print from Micro MS. 333 the Drawings and Sketches of Mary Marshall [with corrections and drawings by William Swainson] arranged by her father W. Swainson [ca. 1838-1854] copied 1961 from original in possession of Roger Marshall Other Titles - Daniell's Inscriptions: Verso - Drawing 1844. Not a vestage of this beautiful scene now left. 1855. Description: Shows a clearing on an area of flat land with bush-covered hills behind. There is a group of four cows at the right, attended by a man resting on a stick. In the centre is a stand of cabbage trees, beside a tree of spreading habit. The river is visible as a narrow ribbon crossing the picture.
