Description: Shows ground plan, front elevation and end elevation of church with rose windows, Gothic belltower at entrance end. Entrance is on end wall at far end from altar. This church does not resemble the St James Church built at Lower Hutt in late 1870s, nor does it resemble the Petone Anglican church. It may not have been built from this plan. Inscriptions: Recto - centre - (as label on church): 1877; Recto - beneath image - (In hand of Ivy Janet Morton Smith): [Title] Quantity: 1 plan(s). Description: Shows plan, elevations and roof plan of single-storey house with bay windows, verandah, central hall with skylight, three bedrooms, six fireplaces and three chimneys.
