Description: Shows plan, elevations and roof plan of single-storey house with bay windows, verandah, central hall with skylight, three bedrooms, six fireplaces and three chimneys. Inscriptions: Recto - beneath image - (in the hand of Ivy Janet Morton Smith, granddaughter of the architect). Uncle Bob and Auntie [N....] Tait's house 1905.; Recto - beneath image - This is the plan referrred to in the agreement made this 12th day of July 1905 between Mr Robert Tait jnr and Low & Pearce, builders. Quantity: 1 plan(s). Physical Description: Ink and watercolour, 390 x 560 mm. Provenance: The donor is a great-great-granddaughter of the architect, after whom the Wellington suburb of Taitville was named.
