Description: Cadastral map of the proposed subdivision of land at the mouth of the Waikanae River into 370 sections with provision for roads, school, recreation and public reserves, a post office. The boundary of one section belonging to J. Watson, has been redrawn in pencil. Total measurements of roads and reserves are listed in acreas and perches. Sections are un-numbered and roads are un-named. A note states that the distance to Paraparaumu Railway Station is two and a half miles and that 50 chains of road to olbe formed to link with the Soldier Settlement. Land adjacent to the proposed settlement belongs to M. W. Donovan.
