Description: Prime Minister John Key is dressed as the captain of a ship. He stands in the prow of a small boat named 'Rena leadership' which is being rowed by a man who says 'We're in troubled waters Skipper!' John Key says 'Well pour oil on it man! Must I think of polls, photo ops and that too?!' Context: This is a reference to criticism of John Key's leadership during the crisis caused by the grounding of the container ship 'Rena' on the Astrolabe Reef off the coast of Tauranga. The ship was heavily laden with containers and was leaking oil. This at the time that John Key wanted to concentrate on his election campaign - the elections to be held 26 November 2011.
