Description: Shows Prime Minister John Key and ACT leader John Banks drinking tea. Both are having trouble with their memories. Cartoon accompanied by a lot of text on the subject of Lance Armstrong a the doping scandal and the two politicians and memory problems. Context: Refers to the sensational announcement that Lance Armstrong had been using illegal drugs during his record-breaking cycling career. I use that as a metaphor for the constant 'can't remember' responses given by PM John Key (re the spy agencies and Kim Dotcom) and John Banks [re Kim Dotcom].
