Description: Ash Patel photographed in his dairy, Kilbirnie, Wellington, New Zealand. Photographed by Evening Post staff photographer Phil Reid on the 17th of June 1991. This photograph accompanied comment on the effects of benefit cuts and the introduction of Sunday trading.
