Included is Government House, Hill Street (in foreground), the Colonial Museum, Wellington Harbour with sailing ships clustered at Queen's Wharf, Mount Victoria and Mount Albert. Photographed by an unknown photographer in about 1880 Source of title - Title supplied by Library Work on the reclamation for the site of the Goverment Building began in 1873. A tram can be seen turning into Rugby Street from Dufferin Street, and there is a view up Patterson Street above the approaches to the tunnel.
