Description: View taken from off-shore of buildings along Lambton Quay with Brandon's Corner on the far right. Houses on Wellington Terrace and beyond, and the Bolton Street Cemetery can be seen on the hill behind, with Tinakori Hill in the background. Identifiable premises on Lambton Quay are: T J Mountain; Edward Greaves Smith (Music Warehouse); Henry Owen; baker's shop; chemist & druggist; G Read; J Cook & Son. The Star Boating Club's shed can be seen on the waterfront. One of a panoramic sequence taken 1866 or 1867 by William Henry Whitmore Davis.
