Etched by Delatre, after original drawings by Meryon now in the Bibliotheque Nationale ( the portrait of Tikao - Cabinet des Estampes, A. C. 8530 78, or EF 397G 78) and the Mitchell Library (portrait of Pote). See A-259-020; Toma Keke and information sheets laid in box. Meryon was in New Zealand between 1843 and 1846.
