Arrived Akaroa on 20 August, Akaroa to Pigeon Bay, staying at Ebenezer Hay's 25 August, '26th Pigeon Bay to Heaphy's P[ort]. Levy' 28th Port Levy to Rapaki, 29th Dean's at Riccarton, 30th Deans to Waimakariri, 31st 'W[ai]makariri to camp in Tuahiwi bush'.
