Description: Shows three portraits of Maori, one based on a William Hodges image, one on an Augustus Earle portrait of a Maori herald and one profile portrait, said to be of Te Rauparaha but in fact after an Isaac Coates portrait of Rangihaeata. The view of Kororareka is after Augustus Earle. Illustrirte Zeitung was published 1843-1944. If this page is from volume 6, it may date from around 1848-1850. Other Titles - Illustrated Times.
