Description: View of the regatta grounds on the banks of the Waikato River at Ngaruawahia. The Ngaruawahia Rowing Club buildings are partially visible centre right, with the Railway Bridge behind. The regatta is held at the Turangawaewae Marae every year on the nearest day to St Patrick's Day (17th March). Photographed by R.S.F., probably Robert Stanley Fleming, storekeeper of Ngaruawahia.
