Description: A crowd of happy laughing people stand around with cups of tea and cakes. The only exception is a man from Wellington who looks extremely grumpy. One of the crowd comments 'The Wellington delegate doesn't seem too happy!' and his companion replies 'No wonder, he's just had a row with his wife, his mother-in-law came for the trip, he's just got his income-tax demand, and he's in Auckland!'
