Description: Text reads '"Statisticians say that three million people will be in New Zealand within twenty years and this will create unprecedented problems - The Prime Minister'. The title of the cartoon is 'Today's problem' and on a cot in which lies a screaming baby are the words 'Tomorrow's child'; attached to the baby is a tag with the words 'Please feed and educate him, and find him a job'. The baby has been left at the doors of parliament and staring in consternation are Prime Minister Sid Holland, Minister of Education Ronald Algie, Minister of Labour Bill Sullivan.
