Description: Shows a small dwelling in what would appear to be a New Zealand setting, probably South Canterbury. The timber board building, with a flat sloping roof, has a smoking chimney, suggesting it is lived in; but although it has a door, no windows can be seen on the two sides visible. A fence runs in front of the building, and trees, including willow, stand behind it. The Southern Alps can be seen in the distance. Lenticular clouds can be seen in the sky. Quantity: 1 watercolour(s). Physical Description: Watercolour on paper, 77 x 135 mm Transfers: From Manuscripts & Archives - MS-Group-2000 Alington family papers.
