Description: Shows a panoramic view of Whangaroa Harbour, with the Cupola of St Peter (Mount Saint Peter) at the right, and Taratara in the distance. There is a pencil sketch, in parts, of the same area on the reverse. Accompanied by a certificate of authentication by Brian Groshinski [early 1980s], stuck to the backing board. Other Titles - Whangaroa Inscriptions: Recto - bottom left - [Title] Quantity: 1 drawing(s). Physical Description: Ink and wash drawing, 98 x 455 mm, composed of three joined sheets, 98 x 175 mm, 98 x 175 mm, and 98 x 105 mm. Provenance: Originally in a scrapbook purchased from a second-hand shop in Auckland in the 1950s, by Mr Harry Rodewald of Auckland. Dismounted and sold separately with other Kinder drawings in the early 1980s, at McArthur & Co.
