Description: Two men stand on top of an enormous heap of tailings in the midst of thick bush. The heap has three shafts that appear as the Labour Party logo, the letter 'L'. One of the men says 'This mine's out of riches Phil... In three months ya won't see it for bush!' The name 'Green Party' is printed across the trees in the distance. Context: The mine represents the Labour Party being devoid of riches, ie. ideas that are impressing voters. The Greens are gaining a lot of support at Labour's expense. The bush is likely to encroach on and maybe overtake Labour. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).
