Context: The New Zealand government contributed over $67 million to Warner Brothers and changed its labour laws to ensure that the Hobbit films would be produced in New Zealand. Description: Depicts New Zealand First Leader Winston Peters challenging the large finger of rave Relations Commissioner Dame Susan Devoy which about to squash him. Refers to Devoy saying she would keep an eye on Peters and any criticism by him of Chinese in New Zealand such as his "Supercity of Sin?" speech in Auckland, which claimed that Chinese were responsible for gang-related crime and prostitution in Auckland. Peters in turn critcised Devoy at a Grey Power meeting for "insidious censorship under the guise of the race relations industry", saying it ressembled the censorship of free speech in George Orwell's novel '1984'. Tiny words below read 'But will he hold the key? A second version does not have the name Winston on his jacket. Context - Winston Peters has announced that he is standing for parliament again but PM John Key has said that he will not be part of any Government that includes Winston Peters. "If Winston Peters holds the balance of power," Key said this week, "it will be a Phil Goff-led Labour government." But Labour is unlikely to embrace him either. Winston Peters has always courted controversy with his 'divisive demagoguery' and use of 'alarmist and inflammatory language'.
