Description: A Virgin Blue plane flies so low that a bungee jumper is hooked round a fin. The pilot wonders 'what makes you think we're flying too low'. The Civil Aviation Authority has confirmed a Pacific Blue flight out of Queenstown on 22 June with 71 people onboard breached rules about flying after dark.
