Description: In four frames Colonel Bainimarama of Fiji abuses New Zealand and Australia for being interfering busybody democratic knowalls who think they know what's best for Fiji. As he speaks he starts to disappear below his desk (wind and floods from Cyclone Tomas) and in the end in desperation calls them for aid.
