Top left, a tall man and a short woman embrace on a platform, while the station-master gestures towards a bell to indicate that a train is leaving. Top right, the couple stand by the ticket office, both wiping tears from their eyes, and making extravagant gestures. William Field has a case labelled Wellington at his feet.
