Description: Air Commodore G T Jarman (second from right) having lunch with Air Training Corps cadets at the Royal New Zealand Air Force Station Milson, Palmerston North. On Jarman's right are T Lester, and G A Nicholls. Photograph taken circa 10 January 1944. Photocopied notes on back of file print read: `Highlight of a week's on-station course for these Air Training Corps cadets at RNZAF Station Milson, was a visit from the Deputy-Chief of Air Staff, Air Commodore G T Jarman, DSO, DFC, RAF, who, seated second from right, accepted an invitation from the cadets to lunch in their mess. ATC cadets from all over the North Island spend a week at the special summer camp at Milson, which gives them a taste of life in the RNZAF. On the air commodore's right are Squadron Leader T Lester, officer commanding Milson, and Wing Commander G A Nicholls, Commandant of the Air Training Corps.' Quantity: 1 b&w original negative(s).
