Description: Cartoon shows attendants at a petrol station venting as a man in a car drives off without paying, leaving the a pool of spilt petrol on the ground by the pump. One of the attendants says that he's sick of "uscrupulous [sic] thieving ratbag[s] always ripping me off!" The other attendant says he "wouldn't talk about the boss like that or he might do more than dock your pay". Cartoon references news reports that owners of Gull petrol stations in Masterton reduced the pay of their employees to cover the cost of drive-offs that occurred during their shifts.
