Date: 2012
From: Winter, Mark, 1958- : Digital cartoons published in the Southland Times and other papers
By: Southland times (Newspaper)

Description: Shows a template of an Easter egg which the cartoonist invites readers to decorate, thus avoiding possible accidents. He suggests that to break the monotony the reader could switch on his computer and receive 6,800 confidential ACC client files so that he could review the accidents he is avoiding. Context: Refers to the usual Easter road toll and also refers to an embarrassing incident when an ACC staff member sent by accident a spreadsheet of confidential information to a client. This arguably has been the greatest breach of privacy in New Zealand history, with confidential information relating to almost 7,000 people being leaked. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).
