Description: A set of eight black and white cards, showing Sorrento Point 1890s; The 'Cobar' 1906; Day's Bay 1906; 'The Glen' ca 1913; Anti-submarine boom ca 1943; Capmers at Korohiwa 1936; Hotel Eastbourne 1925-1949; The Village (Rimu Street) ca 1930. Also includes a coloured card reproducing "The arrival of the Cobar in Day's Bay April 1906" by Jim Bolland. Two copies held. Quantity: 8 b&w photo-mechanical print(s). 1 colour photo-mechanical print(s). Physical Description: Photolithographs on note cards, sizes varying around 105 x 148 mm. Provenance: One set donated by John Sullivan, Wellington, 2010; another set donated by the Society in 2012.
