Long-term users develop hideous hairdos requiring medical attention. Some even sport tasteless bow ties that provoke mass vomiting." Accompanying note from the artist states: "Associate Minister of Health Peter Dunne seems to embody the perfect antidote to the "psychoactive" drugs he's clamping down on." Description: Leader of the United Future Party peeks out from behind a [partially obscured] woman. The caption reads like a James Bond film advertisement and there is a quote within it which says "Spy on New Zealanders but not on me!". The cartoon refers to Peter Dunne's refusal to disclose emails between him and a Fairfax journalist. The emails were purported to be relating to a report about the GCSB that was since leaked. Dunne subsequently resigned over the matter. Accompanying note from the artist states 'How can Peter Dunne betray the high trust placed in him as a member of the Security Committee and then preciously demand confidentiality for his own highly suspect emails?'. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).

Description: Peter Dunne is reading "The spy who loved me" in a library surrounded by books on shelves, including "The email eunuch". It refers to leader of the United Future Party, Peter Dunne's involvement with a leaked GCSB report, his resignation as a Government Minister, and his unwillingness to disclose emails he sent to a Fairfax journalist. Accompanying note from the artist states 'It's all very well Peter Dunne going on leave for a week, but it's actually more important for New Zealand to address this scandal properly - and now. My cartoon depicts Peter Dunne in the persona of James Bond, reading the Bond title "The Spy Who Loved Me". The cartoon title, repeated on the book on the shelf, is a pun on the feminist classic "The Female Eunuch" by Germaine Greer. The reason Peter Dunne stood down as a Minister was due to his unwillingness to release emails he had sent to Fairfax journalist Andrea Vance.' Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).
Doyle, Martin, 1956- :68 emails. 17 June 2013

Description: Shows two figures in front of a computer labelled, 'NSA global monitoring of emails.' Commentary from the artist reads 'Now that we know NSA monitors emails etc across the globe there is at least hope they have picked up Peter Dunne's emails and some action may at last be taken. I say this wryly as the government is doing its best to keep the emails hidden and Peter Dunne in parliament as a safe supporting vote till the next election. Note: in the cartoon I have used the figure 68 instead of 86 purely be mistake. Nevertheless there is a bit of uncertainity around the issue until the actually emails are revealed' Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).

John Key is holding a plastic bag labelled "doggie do's (and don'ts)". An addict lies on the groung, hands are held out begging, and people crowd around an endless row of pokie machines in the background. Refers to the controversy surrounding a proposal by Sky City Casinos to build a national convention centre in Auckland in return for being allowed to have more pokie machines, which will require a law change. It was anticipated that John Banks and Peter Dunne would support a law change. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).

Description: Under the caption 'Typhoon Dunne hits Johnsonville! Up to 30 left comatose' is an image of some of the 30 members of United Future. One says 'Ahh...I remember...a mind-numbing cyclone of cliches about saving New Zealand from crackpots...and..oh,no..."the Green Taliban"...' Accompanying note from cartoonist states, 'Peter Dunne's speech to 30 faithful at Johnsonville was very much in character. However, the term "Green Taliban" lacks all character.
