Description: Includes cartoons about the expensive mayoral car, proposed plans for stadium at Basin Reserve, sewage dumping on Kapiti Coast, Michael Fowler tries for Arab money for the town hall, speeding truck-drivers in Ngauranga Gorge, tunnelling in Ngauranga Gorge for a sewer, money sought from the Education Dept for development of the zoo, the BNZ construction site, building of the Wellington Town Hall, invasion of porina moths, opinions of the architecture of the Beehive, the shabby state of the airport buildings, the liability of busdrivers to strike, street artists invited to paint murals, the high cost the the new town hall, hoteliers to be sponsored to skydive for charity. Arranged chronologically, according to the dates of "Dominion" clippings in Heath's albums (at E-521/547-q). Those for which no date could be found are arranged at around the estimated date.
