The architect was Stephen Bowers of Sydney, the landscape architect was Paddy Baxter of Queenstown, and the interior designer was Dinah Malyon of Auckland (all are pictured). A restaurant complex and conference centre were to provide facilities for guests, with petanque ground, beautician, sauna room, computer games room, bar, gymnasium, outdoor pool, tennis courts. The project managers were TruebridgeCallender Beach Ltd. There are floor plans and specifications for 3-bedroom premium cottage, 3-bedroom standard cottage, 2-bedroom premium cottage, 2-bedroom standard cottage, 2-bedroom lodge, 1-bedroom bunk lodge and studio lodge.
