Description: The steamship `Mamari' in Wellington Harbour. Photograph taken by John Dickie. The SS Mamari was a single screw steamer of 3583 tons. She was built in 1889 by W Doxford & Sons Ltd, Sunderland, for the Shaw, Savill & Albion Line. She was sold to the Houston Line in 1903. (Information from `Ships with New Zealand Association', Vol 4, 5) Quantity: 1 b&w original negative(s).
