Description: Drawn on a published cadastral, surveyed map of sections in Seatoun, Worser Bay, Wellington, the annotations show acreage, some section numbers, some prices, and names of new owners, including Moller, Graham, Smith, Moody, Burret, Taylor, Thompson. The sections are part of the Seatoun Block, I-XXXI (1-31) on streets Marine Parade, Brandon, Stafford, Monro, Hector, Plimmer, Mantell, Pearce, Ludlam, Dundras, Forres, Church, Gore and part of Hay St. Some areas are reserved. Accompanying material: Glued to left hand side of map is a sale notice from the Evening Chronicle, September 28, outlining the upcoming auction of the properties, organised by R J Duncan, for 2 October, 1978 (with ink annotations on reverse).
