Description: Shows ground and top floor plans, front elevation and cross section of two-storey house with bay window, verandah, stained glass skylight over hall on top floor, four bedrooms, six fireplaces and four chimneys. This plan may have been abandoned in favour of that at Plans-97-001-04. Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - R Tait Jnr House one plan. Quantity: 1 plan(s). Physical Description: Ink and watercolour, 390 x 560 mm. Provenance: The donor is a great-great-granddaughter of the architect, after whom the Wellington suburb of Taitville was named.
