Description: A nanny, whose body has the shape of the outline of New Zealand, is pushing a pram in which there is a baby labelled 'Ross Land'. Two toddlers at her feet are labelled 'Samoa' and "'Cook Islands'. Ross Island had just been made a Dependency of New Zealand.
