Description: Cadastral map with some topographic features of the Masterton Small Farm settlement and town acres, showing land blocks, runholders' names, Maori reserve land, old pa sites and Maori gardens. The area is from the Waingawa River to the Ruamahanga River, including the Waipoua River. Small numbered sections appear to be in the town, along the road from Wellington. Some farm blocks are numbered and the majority include owners' names. Roads to Ahuriri, Castlepoint and Te Ore Ore are marked.
