Description: Copy of a cadastral map on two sheets of New Plymouth city. Mount Eliot and Kawau Pa are marked as Harbour Board property. Streets are named. Mount Byron is marked as a military reserve. Hospital, church and gaol reserves are marked as are cemeteries and the botanic gardens. Relevants Acts are quoted for the Botanic Gardens, Marsland Hill and one of the cemeteries. 'New Plymouth December, 1957' and '15:2:62' and '25:7:60' are printed on bottom right corner. Maps are labelled F1 and F2 Quantity: 1 map(s) on two sheets. Physical Description: Photocopy, scale indeterminable, 71 x 153.7 cm., sheets 71 x 102 cm. Provenance: Handwritten note on bottom left states: "Note. The green and purple represents how the ownership would provide all exchanges made under 'New Plymouth Exchange Ordinance' when completed".
