Includes acreages and boundary measurements. Sections 313 and 314 include C.T. numbers and are part of D.P. 240. Names include W. Hodson, F. & C.S. Cording, P.Chetwood Watt, E. S. Quinlan, Education Board which is currently the site of Clyde Quay School. The plan for alterations, for Mr. L. Quinlan, (builder) for a residence at 32 Brougham Street includes faint outlines of the original building. Tonkin's farm in the Matakohe area, NE of Kaipara Harbour, used as a base map to which the farm and paddock boundaries have been outlined in red and detailed in a key. Hand-written notes in the margin give details of neighbouring houses with name references. Features include a trig point with height in feet, cabbage trees (location of), height in feet (of a hill), silo, to Matakohe, Ruatuna. A.P.B.W. believed to be the cartographer.
