Some neighbouring properties site owner's names, but are difficult to decipher. They include Dorothy Janet Buckley, Christine Julie Bearman, Lottie Kathleen Silver...?. Maoribank is indicated. Description: Cadastral map of Lots on the peninsula at Strathmore Park, between Lyall Bay and the entrance to the harbour, Port Nicholson, Wellington. Strathmore Park subdivision with proposed street, the Miramar Golf Club Incorporated and adjoining numbered sections, property belonging to J. C. Crawford and H.
