Description: Cadastral map of four numbered sections with acreages and measurements, of the property of F. Bland, near Te Ore Ore Road, Masterton. Sections 1 and 3 include sites of houses, each marked as having 4 rooms. A right of way runs through sections 1 and 4. Pencilled additions, probably added at a later date, include a note stating 'Rawson surveyed', the position of Letts subdivision and the site of the residence of Mr. Cameron. Description: Cadastral map of numerous numbered sections, Lots 2 and 4, with acreages and measurements, of the estate of C. A. Pownall, between South Road, Donald Street and High Street, Masterton. Some sections are marked as sold and include prices in pounds sterling. Sites of houses are marked, some residences include owners' names of Gordon, Pownall, Devonport, Duncan. The site of Wyatt's Store is marked at the junction of Kurupuni Lane and South Road. Includes Vivian Street and directions are given for Carterton and Masterton. The second map is a locality plan of the area from King Street to Vivian Street. The post office, school and fishponds are marked. Map has been trimmed on right hand edge cutting off part of the date underneath the signature of Alfred P. Rawson. Description: Cadastral map of ten numbered sections with values in pounds sterling, acreages and measurements, of the Pybus Estate, Kuripuni, Masterton. Sections 4, 6 and 7 include a site of a house, blacksmith's shop and shed. Includes Chapel, Crayne, Queen and High Streets, South Road and Waltons Avenue. Walton's Estate is adjacent to the Pybus Estate. A river runs through two sections and through a section marked 'Trust Land, Trust property'. Description: Hand drawn plan of part section 185, Borough of Motueka, bounded by Parker, Atkins and Poole streets, Motueka. Plan shows boundary measurements, homestead site, surrounding roads described as 'public road' and small section in northwest corner marked with size and owner or leesee, H. Miller. Note on map says 'subdivided in orchards, hop grounds and grass paddocks' but this is not shown on map. The flood channel of Motueka River is marked at top of map. The map showing the actual subdivision of this block of land is DP 231, Nelson Land District, 1907, surveyed by Alfred Rawson for himself and held at Land Information New Zealand. Description: A base map of the auction notice of twenty-six building sections out of thirty-one, around Waltons Avenue, part of the Walton Estate, has names of purchasers and values in pounds sterling added. The area includes the Kuripuni Creek, Chapel Street, Main Road, and Walton's Avenue. Names printed on the base map are Russell and Pybus, as well as F. K. MacDonald, H. Fullon, O'Connell, Harding, Lett, D'Arcy Fow?, W. Morris, Albert Butcher, J. Johnston added in pencil. Extensive notes on the base map give descriptions of existing houses and terms of purchase. Description: Cadastral map of eleven numbered sections of the estate of J. D. Dagg, between South Road and Millard Avenue, Masterton, adjacent to the Cockburn Estate. Distances are measured in feet and links which are referred to in a note. Details of the owners' fencing liability and terms of payment are recorded in a note. Written across some of the sections are notes referring to good soil and a crop of green oats. Some sections are marked as sold and include prices in pounds sterling. Names handwritten across sections are Rutherford and Edwards of Wrigley Street. A site of a house is marked on the opposite side of Millard Avenue with the owner's name of Gordon. The second map is an inset locality plan of the area from Hall and Church Streets, Dixon and Chapel Streets, Crane and Cannon Streets, High Street and South Road off which is Millard Avenue and the sections for sale.
