Description: Shows a map of the Hokianga County with a path of circles leading over it. The object of the game is to use dice and counters to travel through Hokianga County, informing players of points of interest and history; the last and therefore the most informed player to complete the journey wins. The accompanying bag with die and counters is at Eph-001. Creators were Susan Clarkson, Bruce Morley and Jenny Brown. The counters were polished gemstones made by Agnes Leaf of Rawene, and the die is a cube of rimu cut by Paul Burgess of Kohukohu. The game won a tourism design award in 1984, for a meritorious design of a souvenir. Quantity: 1 colour photo-mechanical print(s).
