Description: Shows panoramic view of Upper Hutt, and a map of the sections which lie on Riverbank, Victoria, Alexandra Streets, between King Street and Pine Avenue. They are adjacent to the Waldegrave Estate, and the properties of C O'Leary and the Wellington Convent Reserve. The property was being sold by Mr James Brown, whose family had owned it since 1840.
