A man walking past wonders what the chances are of Gaddafi handing himself in and his companion replies 'about the same as Hone joining the ACT Party. Context - On 17 May 2011 the International Criminal Court issued a request for an arrest warrant against Gaddafi for crimes against humanity; on 27 June, the request was approved and the Court issued the warrant.
