Bill English suggests that they mark the message 'confidential' and send it to the ACC. The cartoonist comments that they could also 'shove it in your pocket and get a job at SkyCity!' Comments on the difficulty of publicising the Government's case for asset sales. Sending it to the ACC refers to the recent well known case of the Accident Compensation Corporation leaking large numbers of confidential documents.
